What is Nagomi art?

This Japanese art healing technique is created by Mr. Hosoya Norikatsu (細谷典克), the founder of Japan Pastel Hope Art Association (JPHAA,日本パステルホープアート協会). About myself

My name is Ellen. I started in art when I was very young and always thought that art provided a place where I could find quiet moments and a way of expressing my feelings. It wasn't until I took the course to become a Nagomi Instructor that I realized just how powerful a medium for expression it could be. It proved to be so simple and accessible to anyone – not to mention FUN! I came to understand that anyone could benefit from this artistic experience – expressing themselves with art no matter how artistic they feel they are themselves. Anyone can do this! I can show you how.
